To start with GK, is a neatly shot action-packed fantasy flick with ultimate visuals, some powerful stunts, ultimate dialogues, extra-ordinary bgm/songs, hilarious comedy punch and fair good camera work. Although prolonged a lot, Krishna has put his honest efforts in making a entertaining movie. Rocking Star, Rajahuli Yash is the key soul of the movie with his ecstatic, hilarious, superb screenpresence, whole movie is occupied with Yash, yash, yash and only yash.. First half takes off quickly and moves on with too many scenes, intro and discussions between anang nag (as matadeesha), mandya Ramesh, girija lokesh, Yash & his friends Moves ahead with an open challenge accepted by hero and his adventure in a forest, Elephant, meet with the heroine and many more scenes. Sadhu’s & R Raghu’s hilarious comedy scenes & Some breath-taking fights also come across and first half finishes smoothly. Second half un-folds with the known routine flashback story of the lead personality of the plot GAJAKESARI. There comes the amazing back-drop of the movie (where there is an inspiration from Magadheera, The myth , Rajahuli(Climax) & other stories). It moves ahead with amazing locales and visuals and superb dialogues. The whole plot of Bahubali’s flashback is mesmerizing, with some stupendous dialogues and mind-blowing stunts. Soon after this, post completion of couple of dragging scenes, move finishes with one more ultimate climax action sequence and a and a neat clarification from Anant Nag.

As previously mentioned YASH has outperformed in his roles as Krishna and Bahubali (GajaKesari) and steals the show with his electricfying screenpresence and splendid dialogue delivery (aralu hridante matadiddare) Full marks to this outstanding performance (I just felt at one point in time that is the whole movie contains only Yash)

Amulya is cute, charming, chubby and looks good in her mod & tappangucchi costumes. But someway her role looses the track by the end.

Anant Nag, girija lokesh, Mandya Ramesh, R Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Ashok, Rajesh and other co-artists has provided their honest support

V Harikrishna as usual is provided a full-fledged support with his rock-solid, kickass bgm. ‘Punyathgitti’, Maneli appa’ songs rocks to the core, whereas the most expected ‘Kannada siri’ song has also come out well, nice lyrics from K.Kalyan.

Full credits to the fight master Raviverma, who has pulled out some extra-ordinary fight sequences throughout the movie, especially the climax and bahubali’s fight steals the show.

Dialogues are another soul of the movie, where Santhosh has come out as a champion with some tremendous, in terms of both class & mass ones.  a simple example goes like ‘Thuludre Gaja, bagedre Kesari’, ‘Huli betena hudukondodru, betene huli hatra bandru, ede bagaeyodu huline’ deserves a great applause.

Editing should have been better, some lengthy scenes should have been removed so that the movie could av been made shot. In addition to this, ‘Kannada siri’ song comes in a wrong timing (which should have been taken care, as it was such an ultimate song for the movie.

Choreography could have been better, considering Yash’s caliber. Cinematography and other areas as well good. Overall good effort from Krishna on his debut movie, well made and neatly executed (although sounded quite dragging).

All in all, GK is a good entertainer with high voltage Action elements and Yash’s amazing performance.
